Build your Storybank in 30 Days

Stop wondering what to write and build a storybank of your best stories, insights, and ideas that you can draw from anytime.

You have incredible stories to tell. Let's build the system that helps you actually use them.

You have years of experience, meaningful work, and stories that connect with people. But when it's time to write a post, prepare for a presentation, update your website, or apply for an opportunity, it can feel like you're starting from scratch. The 30-Day Storybank Builder helps you capture, organize, and preserve the stories behind your work so they're easy to find whenever you need them. Over the course of one month, you'll build a storybank you can return to again and again for content creation, speaking, grant writing, marketing, interviews, and more.

This is for you if...

  • You're a founder, consultant, or community leader who has lots of great stories but never enough time to get them written down.

  • You know your work is meaningful but struggle to remember the right examples when it's time to write or speak.

  • Your ideas are scattered across notebooks, voice memos, old presentations, and half-finished drafts.

  • Creating content feels more exhausting than it should because you're always reinventing the wheel.

  • You want a simple, repeatable system for documenting your experiences as they happen.

What's getting in the way right now

It's not that you don't have stories. It's that:

  • your best experiences live in your memory instead of somewhere you can easily access,

  • writing content often starts with a blank page,

  • and you don't have a consistent process for capturing new stories before they're forgotten.

What changes after 30 days

Instead of wondering what to post or say next, you'll have:

  • A growing storybank organized around your experiences, values, and expertise.

  • Guided prompts that help you uncover stories you didn't realize were worth telling.

  • A practical system for documenting new stories as your work continues to evolve.

  • Greater confidence creating content because you're drawing from real experiences instead of trying to invent something new.

Your storybank can become the foundation for:

  • social media content

  • newsletters

  • keynote talks and workshops

  • podcast interviews

  • website copy

  • grant applications

  • media opportunities

  • thought leadership articles

  • and future books or courses

How it works

Over 30 days, you'll receive everything you need to build a storybank that continues growing long after the course ends.

Weekly Storybank Builder lessons

Each week you'll receive a new set of guided resources, prompts, and practical exercises that walk you through documenting and organizing your stories one step at a time.

Live co-working sessions

Join weekly virtual co-working sessions where you'll have dedicated time to make progress alongside other founders. Bring your questions, work through the week's exercises, and leave with momentum.

A step-by-step Storybank system

You'll learn a simple framework for organizing your stories so they're easy to search, update, and reuse whenever you need them.

Rather than creating content first, you'll build the library that makes creating content dramatically easier.

By the end of the month, you'll have the beginnings of a personalized storybank and a sustainable process for continuing to grow it throughout your career.

About Rachel

Hi! I’m Rachel. I’m the mom of two boys, a small business owner, and a community engagement professional based in the greater Milwaukee area.

I’m originally from the suburbs of Chicago, but have lived across the Midwestern United States (IL-WI-NE-KS-OH-WI). In my 20s, I spent many of my summers working and traveling in Latin America, primarily in the Dominican Republic and El Salvador. For almost a decade, I worked as a writing professor and community-engaged researcher focused on language, translation, and community health promotion in Spanish speaking communities.

In 2024, I decided to leave my tenured faculty position to build Confianza Collective as a space for community rooted founders to get the stories behind their work written down. Bringing together my experiences as a qualitative researcher and writing teacher, I developed a storybank method to build confianza (trust & confidence) for founder storytelling.

Outside of work, I enjoy meetups at local coffee shops, spending time outside with my family, and sending voice notes to friends while walking my dog, Luna.
